THE CONTEXT

New franchisees have questions at 6am before the doors open and at 11pm after the last till is counted. Head office runs on office hours; the questions don't.

THE PROBLEM

The same hundred questions got answered, one WhatsApp message at a time, by whichever senior person picked up their phone first. Answers drifted depending on who you asked, onboarding dragged, and the people best placed to solve real problems kept getting pulled into questions the manual already answered.

WHAT WE BUILT

We built a voice-first AI coach delivered over WhatsApp, trained on the group's own operations manuals. A franchisee sends a voice note or a text and gets a straight answer back — consistent, manual-accurate, and available at any hour. Anything the coach isn't confident on gets handed straight to a human.
